Blur the line between form and function with a beautifully crafted butcher’s block. We take care to select complementary pieces of wood that showcase the unique grain and natural beauty of every aspect of the butcher’s block, creating a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

These butcher’s blocks may be beautiful (if we do say so ourselves), but they are made to be used! They will elevate your cooking experience by keeping your knives sharper for longer. This is thanks to the end-grain construction. Several additional processes are required when making an end-grain butcher’s block, but this extra effort ensures a beautiful, functional, and unique piece of art that you can enjoy every time you are in the kitchen.

Each board is finished with our own traditional board butter, to provide a silky smooth, food-safe, protective coating to your board. We ship a tin of board butter with every board so you can keep yours protected and looking sharp for years to come.

All boards come with food-safe silicon feet to ensure they don’t slip around when in use. The additional height also allows air to circulate, keeping the board dry, and allows you to easily pick up your board.

All of our designs are driven by the materials. We aim to bring out the beauty in each piece of wood that we use.

Craftsmanship

We hand-make all products in our small workshop. If it is on this site, it has passed our high standards, and we feel proud to share our craft with you.

Materials

We use locally sourced hardwoods for all of our products. Each piece of wood is hand-selected, and we don’t use any endangered tree species. All glues and finishes are certified food-safe.
